NAVKOLO is a charitable organization founded jointly by internally displaced persons and the local population of Kopychyntsi community. Together we are united around common values and the desire to work for the development of the community and Ukraine as a whole.

Nataliya Horoschak

An active resident of the city of Kopychyntsi with an extensive managerial experience in the development of education programs, deputy council member at the local level.

Executive Director

Arsen Kelichavyi

Manager of international and national projects with more than 10 years of experience in the public sector. Candidate of Economic Sciences, instructor of MBA programs at the International Business Institute (IBI). IDP from the city of Irpin.

Program Manager

Mariya Tuzyk

Manager with extensive experience in non-profit environment, focusing on child protection programs, MHPSS, MPCA, education and youth development. Coordinates program teams and communicates with international partners.

Financial Manager

Ruslan Babich

Provides financial support for projects, has experience in automating processes in manufacturing. IDP from Zaporizhzhia.

Professionally engaged in photography, interested in videography, provides media coverage on the activities of NAVKOLO for partners and civil society.
